A. Lange & Söhne model Arkade has a noble form with noble content. The "Arkade" takes its name from its shape, which in turn takes its name from the arcades in Dresden's castle courtyard. This very harmonious and "architectural" case shape is elegantly emphasized by not rounded sides and their height. The beautiful and clear dial of the "Arcade" made of solid silver is finely matted. The special highlight of the dial is the patented, large digital display for the date. The date window with excellent readable numerals and a noble, divided frame made of gold is an absolute eye-catcher of this watch. The case is equipped with a glass back and allows a view of the high-quality rectangular shaped movement with 3/4 plate. The caliber 911.4 is wound by hand. The screw balance with Breguet hairspring makes 21600 beats per hour. The blued screws, the Glashütte ribbon cut on the 3/4 plate and the hand engraving on the balance cock contribute to the beautiful appearance.
