This complicated gentleman's hunter case pocket watch with minute repeating was manufactured at the end of the 19th century in Western Switzerland.
The simple, very clear structured enamel dial has a large Roman numerals, an outer five-minute division and elegant Louis XV gold hands. The wonderfully preserved, massive 14k gold case "à goutte" is finely both-sides engine-turned, has a 14kt gold dome and a lateral slide for the repeating.
The high-quality, rhodium-plated LeCoultre bridge movement is protected behind a massive 14k gold dome. The bearing jewels of the central minute wheel and the repetition bridge are gold chatoned and screwed. The escape wheel cock and the lever cock carry additional cover plates with ruby endstone to limit the so-called high-frequency of your shafts and to reduce the bearing friction. To ensure the accuracy, there is a wishbone regulator and a gold screw compensation balance with blued Breguet spring. The very nice sounding minute repeating will be triggered by a lateral slide at "6" and sounds via 2 hammers and 2 gongs.
